John Petricelli—known as JP—has spent more than twenty years working with local startups and businesses, helping them focus and grow profitably. He is expert at narrowing a company’s sights on achievable short-term goals and constructing focused business plans in the form of Balanced Scorecards that keep teams on track.
JP has been transforming complex data into business insights for more than 40 years, earning him the nickname “Dr. Data.” A serial entrepreneur, he has founded and led multiple companies serving the securities and insurance service industries.
His experience spans property and casualty insurance, banking and securities, and pharmaceutical drug development. His career includes senior roles as CEO of Predictive Analytics, LLC; Vice President of LexisNexis and Verisk; Chief Information Officer of Fiserv Securities; First Vice President and General Manager of MBNA Insurance Services; CEO and President of Whitehall Research Laboratories; and Vice President of The Ford Foundation.
